Icon Bazaar is a great sites for small graphics, they even have animated gifs.
Animation Factory is a great site that has animated graphics, look closely, the ones that say "member only" can't be used.
Cooltext is another great site that you can use to generate text in really cool designs.
Best Animations is a neat site that has great animations.
Cool Archive - has great stuff for webmastering
Background City - has great graphics for tiling as backgrounds!
Button Generator - lets you create free buttons with any text on them, watch it.. some are not free, but they tell you when it will be free.
